All you need to do is find a quiet space in the comfort of your own home, then simply sit or lay down, whichever is more comfortable for you, as I guide you back into your breath, deliberately re-focusing your attention, bringing about feelings of relaxation and calmness through a heightened sense of energy and mindfulness, increasing your awareness of the present moment, reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing your personal and spiritual growth. Regular meditation brings many health benefits, such as:
